We are looking for a skilled Senior Centre Manager to lead our Microfinance Institution (MFI) in North, contributing to the growth and development of our organization. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing teams and driving business expansion.

Roles and Responsibility

- Manage and oversee daily operations of the MFI centre, ensuring effective use of resources.
- Develop and implement strategies to achieve business objectives, including sales targets and customer acquisition goals.
- Lead and motivate a team of professionals, providing guidance and support to ensure success.
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and regulatory bodies.
- Monitor and control expenses to ensure cost-effectiveness and adherence to budget.




- Identify and mitigate risks, developing contingency plans as needed.
