Responsibilities

- Responsible for overall branch operations, performance profitability of the branch.
- Drive and participate in field-marketing activities of various financial products along with the team to improve brand visibility.
- Plan, conduct, monitor the branch field level marketing activities to ensure healthy pipeline of leads resulting into business conversion and branch growth.
- Focus on customer engagement for recent customer acquisitions and retainment of old customers.
- Conduct error-free valuation appraisal of gold ornaments pledged in branch with correct weight and purity assessment as per company policy and audit/compliance.
- Joint custodian of the Vault with responsibility for safekeeping of pledged securities as per company policies.
- Responsible for keeping NPAs in control through strong follow-ups from the customers for interest collections.
- Good planning abilities are required for smooth functioning of the branch and developing cohesiveness within the company and co-workers.
- Hiring, coaching,



mentoring and training employees and providing them with timely feedback on their performance.
- Maintaining quality performance of the business, preparing various reports and taking necessary actions for growth of business in branch.
- Increase Gold Loan business, plus various other third-party products, i.e. NCDs and Gold Coins sale.
- Responsible for correct valuation maintenance of 100% process compliance at the branch.
- Manage error-free valuation appraisal of gold ornaments pledged in branch with correct weight and purity assessment as per company policy and audit/compliance.

Required Qualifications and Experience

- 4-7 years of relevant experience required.
- Bachelors Degree / Post-graduation Degree preferred.
- Previous experience in gold loan banking, gold loan products, management or client service preferred.
- Consistently demonstrates clear and concise written and verbal communication skills.
