Role & responsibilities
- Analyze financial statements, balance sheets, profit and loss accounts, and cash flow statements.
- Evaluate key financial ratios such as Debt-to-Equity, DSCR, Interest Coverage Ratio, and EBITDA.
- Assess the company's repayment capacity, leverage, profitability, and working capital requirements.
- Review historical financial performance and projected financials.
- Support end-to-end debt syndication transactions while ensuring compliance with applicable credit policies and documentation requirements.
