Roles and Responsibilities :
- Design and develop body-in-white (BIW) components using Catia software.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure design meets functional requirements and manufacturing constraints.
- Create detailed drawings, models, and documentation for production planning purposes.
- Conduct feasibility studies to optimize BIW designs for weight reduction, cost savings, and improved performance.
Job Requirements :
- 4-8 years of experience in body design or related field.
- Proficiency in Catia V5 software for designing complex mechanical parts.
- Robust understanding of sheet metal fabrication techniques and materials properties.
- Experience working on automotive projects involving sheet metal assembly processes.
