Roles & Responsibilities

- Perform FE modeling and meshing of automotive components, sub-systems, and full vehicle assemblies using HyperMesh.
- Develop, integrate, and validate Body NVH and Body Durability models in Nastran.
- Create and realize vehicle connections such as Spot Welds, Seam Welds, Adhesives, Bolts, and other fastening techniques.
- Execute model quality checks, error correction, check-runs, and sign-off activities.
- Support full vehicle integration activities and ensure model readiness for analysis.
- Ensure compliance with customer/OEM modeling standards and quality requirements.
- Collaborate with simulation and design teams to resolve modeling and connectivity issues.
- Apply knowledge of vehicle assembly processes, including weld placement methodologies (2T & 3T welds).




- This Job will play a key role in developing FEA models to accelerate product development and verification. Individuals has to apply modelling skills, basic materials knowledge, connection skills, and best practices to support the team on building a quality model to meet the pre-defined CAE assessment requirements for various attributes such as Durability, NVH and Safety.

Preferred Candidate Profile

- 3-5 years of hands-on experience in automotive CAE modeling.
- Strong expertise in HyperMesh and Nastran.
- Experience in Body NVH and Durability projects.
- Positive understanding of BIW structures, vehicle assembly processes, and connection modeling techniques.
- Exposure to full vehicle integration, model validation, and sign-off activities.
