- Ensure compliance with training regulations and track required training completion rates.
- Generate learning analytics for course effectiveness, engagement, and skill gap analysis.
- Integrate Learning module with HCM for assigning training based on job roles and with talent for development plans.
- Provide support to learners, managers, and administrators on Workday Learning functionality.
- Configure learning content, assessments, surveys, and credentials within Workday.
