Job Responsibilities

* Generate new B2B leads and develop business opportunities.





* Handle existing clients and build strong customer relationships.

* Conduct client visits, understand requirements, and provide suitable packaging solutions.

* Prepare quotations, negotiate, and follow up for orders and payments.

* Coordinate with Production, Dispatch, and Accounts teams for smooth order execution.

* Achieve monthly sales targets and maintain regular sales reports.

* Identify new markets and track competitor activities.

Requirements

* 2 to 5 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in packaging or manufacturing.

* Good communication, negotiation, and follow-up skills.

* Willingness to travel for client meetings.

* Target-oriented and proactive approach.
