Role & responsibilities
Lead and coordinate end-to-end recruitment across the Group Companies and their various manufacturing locations, covering operations, technical, supply chain, and corporate support positions. Ensure consistent recruitment practices and timely availability of competent manpower in line with approved workforce plans, budgets and business priorities. Partner with corporate HR , Various HRBPs, Business leaders , manage full Recruitment cycle , build shared Talent Tools sources for Recruitments
Preferred candidate profile MBA with Exp in End to End RECRUITMENT Cycle, corporate level, Talent Acquisition , Positive communications skill/ computer skill / Ready to work in Kochi
