We are looking for UKG Support Analyst to join our team! Who can work with our Client on Spectrum Talent Management Payroll.

Role & responsibilities

Must have

- Knowledge of setup of UKG Pro WFM
- Experience in troubleshooting large organizations for UKG Pro WFM Issues
- Troubleshooting punch issues
- Creating Data views and Hyper finds
- Integral knowledge of effective dates and dependencies in WFM
- Attestation profiles creating
- Working with integration errors and transaction assistant
- Use of multiple roles and dependencies in WFM
- Security model for UKG Pro WFM
- Knowledge of Incident and Task management in ServiceNow
- Notice Should be Less than 15 Days or Immediate.

Nice to have

- SQL Experience
- Excel functions
- Reviewing ProWatch
- PeopleSoft HCM
