You will plan, create and manage content for Seek Unique Productions.

Roles & Responsibilities

- Develop content strategies and monthly content calendars for YouTube channels and social media platforms (YouTube, Instagram, LinkedIn and X)
- Research trending topics, audience behaviour, competitors and niche-specific content opportunities
- Write scripts, video ideas, titles, descriptions, captions and hooks that improve click-through rate and retention
- Create engaging content for short-form formats (Shorts, Reels) and long-form videos
- Manage day-to-day posting, scheduling and community engagement (comments, DMs, replies)
- Work closely with video editors and graphic designers to brief thumbnails, edits and creatives
- Track performance using analytics (views, watch time, CTR, engagement, follower growth) and prepare regular reports
- Optimise content using SEO, hashtags and platform best practices
- Coordinate with clients, understand their brand voice and incorporate feedback




- Stay updated on platform algorithm changes and social media trends

Eligibility / Skills Required

- [02] years of experience in content creation, social media management or content strategy (freshers with solid portfolios welcome)
- Excellent written and spoken English, with strong creative writing skills
- Good understanding of YouTube and Instagram algorithms and analytics
- Basic knowledge of tools like Canva, Premeir Pro or Adobe Photoshop is a plus
- Ability to meet deadlines, handle feedback and work in a fast-paced setting
- Graduate in any stream (Mass Communication, Marketing or Journalism preferred)
