1. Operations Management: Oversee all day-to-day operations of the Brewpub, including kitchen, bar, dining area, and front-of-house. Ensure operational efficiency, consistency, and quality across all departments. Monitor and manage labor costs, inventory, and supplies to ensure profitability and cost-effectiveness. Develop and enforce policies and procedures for staff, health and safety, and customer service. Oversee compliance with local, state, and federal health and safety regulations, including liquor laws. Managethe scheduling of staff to ensure optimal coverage during peak and off-peak times. 2. Team Leadership & Development: Recruit, hire, train, and develop staff, including servers, bartenders, kitchen staff, and supervisors. Provide leadership, coaching, and mentorship to team members, fostering a collaborative and motivated environment. Conduct performance evaluations and implement improvement plans as needed. Maintain a high standard of team communication and morale. Promote apositive work environment where staff can excel and feel valued. 3. Customer Experience: Ensure an exceptional guest experience by maintaining high standards of customer service and satisfaction. Address guest feedback and resolve customer complaints or concerns in a timely and professional manner. Promote the Brewpubs brand, menu, and unique beer offerings through customer engagement. Oversee the creation of seasonal or special promotions to enhance the guest experience and drive sales. Ensure that service standards are consistently met and exceeded by all team members. 4. Financial Management: Managethe Brewpub's budget, including cost control, revenue forecasting, and profit-and-loss oversight. Ensure that the Brewpub operates within financial targets and budgets, driving revenue growth and minimizing unnecessary expenses. Reviewand analyze financial reports,



identifying trends and opportunities for improvement. Workwith ownership to set sales targets, adjust pricing strategies, and develop financial forecasts. 5. Marketing & Community Engagement: Collaborate with the marketing team to promote the Brewpub through social media, local events, partnerships, and other marketing strategies. Build relationships with local businesses, event coordinators, and the surrounding community to increase brand visibility. Planandexecute special events such as beer tastings, festivals, and food pairings to draw in new customers and retain existing ones. 6. Quality Control & Compliance: Maintain the highest quality standards for both food and beverage offerings, ensuring that recipes, presentations, and portions are consistent. Oversee the proper handling, storage, and serving of alcoholic beverages. Ensure compliance with alcohol service laws, ensuring that staff are properly trained in responsible alcohol service. Regularly inspect the premises for cleanliness, safety, and adherence to health standards. Qualifications: Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business, or a related field is preferred. Experience: Minimum of 10 years of management experience in a full-service restaurant or Brewpub workplace, including at least 2 years in a supervisory role. Skills: Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. In-depth knowledge of restaurant operations, inventory management, and financial oversight. Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and handle a fast-paced work environment. Passion for craft beer, brewing processes, and the Brewpub culture. Excellent problem-solving and conflict resolution skills. Strong understanding of marketing strategies and community engagement.Role & responsibilities
