Expertise You'll Bring:

- 8-12 years of experience in Identity & Access Management, Active Directory Administration, Security Engineering, or related domains.
- Strong hands-on expertise in Microsoft Active Directory administration and security management.
- Extensive experience with Group Policy Objects (GPO), Organizational Units (OU), Active Directory Forests, Domains, and Trusts.
- Strong knowledge of LDAP, directory services, and enterprise identity architectures.
- Experience managing and supporting Public Key Infrastructure (PKI) environments and certificate lifecycle operations.
- Hands-on experience with PowerShell scripting and Ansible automation.
- Robust understanding of Identity Lifecycle Management, provisioning, deprovisioning, and access governance processes.
- Experience integrating enterprise applications with Active Directory and authentication platforms.
- Strong understanding of authentication, authorization, federation, MFA, and identity security best practices.
- Experience supporting Identity Governance and Administration (IGA) initiatives.
- Knowledge of server administration, patch management,



and operational security controls.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Entra ID, hybrid identity environments, and modern identity services.
- Exposure to JOSSO, federation technologies, MFA solutions, and identity governance platforms.
- Understanding of DevOps practices, Infrastructure as Code, CI/CD concepts, and automation frameworks.
- Experience with Graph DB and Spring Boot-based applications is an added advantage.
- Robust analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent verbal, written, presentation, and documentation skills.
- Strong stakeholder management and customer-facing communication abilities.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Relevant certifications such as SC-300, Security+, Microsoft Identity and Access certifications, RHEL, or equivalent will be an added advantage.
- Bachelors or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, Engineering, or a related discipline
