Job Summary

DLIFE Interiors is looking for a professional and customer-oriented MBA graduate to manage showroom administration, handle walk-in customers, generate sales leads, and support client management activities at our Tirunelveli location.

Key Responsibilities

- Welcome and assist walk-in customers visiting the showroom.

- Understand customer requirements and provide information about DLIFE home interior solutions.

- Coordinate customer consultations with the sales and interior design teams.

- Generate leads through walk-in inquiries, telephone calls, referrals, and follow-ups.

- Follow up with potential customers and schedule appointments.

- Maintain customer databases, lead records, and daily activity reports.

- Handle incoming calls, customer inquiries, and showroom administrative activities.

- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a smooth customer experience.

- Prepare reports on walk-in customers,



leads generated, appointments, and follow-ups.

Required Qualifications & Skills

- MBA qualification is mandatory.

- Excellent English communication skills, both verbal and written.

- Valuable customer-handling, interpersonal, and coordination skills.

- Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel.

- Strong organizational skills and a professional approach.

- Interest in customer relationship management, administration, and sales lead generation.

Experience

- Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome.

- Prior experience in administration, customer service, sales, or client relationship management will be an added advantage.

- Experience in interiors or home improvement is preferred.
