Roles and Responsibilities :
- Ensure compliance with industrial safety regulations and standards in the plastics industry.
- Conduct regular inspections to identify potential hazards and implement corrective actions to prevent accidents.
- Develop and maintain effective emergency response plans in case of fires or other incidents.
- Collaborate with management to develop policies and procedures for environmental health and safety (EHS).
- Conduct Safety trainings timely
- Fire & safety management and preventive maintenance
- Zero-accident initiatives & Behaviour-Based Safety
- Safety audits, incident investigation & root-cause analysis
- Compliance with ISO & applicable safety standards
Job Requirements :
- 7-10 years of experience in workplace health safety (EHS) or related field.
- Experience in conducting safety officer activities such as risk assessments, audits, and training programs.
- ADIS / PDIS Mandatory
