We are conducting a MEGA HIRING DRIVE for 500+ Customer Support Executive positions in Jaipur across international voice and blended processes.

Candidates with excellent English communication skills, confidence, a professional attitude, and solid customer-handling abilities are encouraged to apply. Freshers with excellent communication skills and experienced BPO professionals are both welcome.

ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES

- Handle international customer interactions through voice or blended communication channels.
- Communicate professionally with international customers and provide accurate resolutions.
- Understand customer queries, complaints, and service requests.
- Maintain excellent customer experience through effective communication and active listening.
- Handle customer concerns and escalations professionally.
- Follow company SOPs, process guidelines, quality standards, and compliance requirements.
- Maintain accurate customer records and interaction details.
- Coordinate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues.
- Achieve assigned quality, productivity, and customer-satisfaction targets.




- Demonstrate strong problem-solving and customer-handling skills.
- Adapt to new processes, systems, and campaign requirements.
- Maintain professionalism in a fast-paced international BPO environment.

PREFERRED CANDIDATE PROFILE

- Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
- Excellent English communication skills are highly preferred.
- Previous international BPO or customer support experience is an advantage.
- Strong verbal communication, comprehension, and active-listening skills.
- Good problem-solving abilities and a customer-focused approach.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Comfortable working in rotational shifts and rotational week-offs, as applicable.
- Willing to work from the Jaipur office.
- Immediate joiners will be preferred.
