Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced nCino / Salesforce Developer to design, develop, and implement scalable solutions supporting commercial lending, customer onboarding, and banking operations. The ideal candidate should have solid hands-on experience with nCino, Salesforce development, system integrations, and banking-related business processes.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, configure, develop, and implement nCino and Salesforce solutions to support commercial lending, customer onboarding, and banking operations.
- Gather business requirements and translate them into scalable technical solutions using nCino, Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Salesforce Flows, and other Salesforce platform capabilities.
- Develop, maintain, and manage integrations with core banking systems, third-party applications, and document management platforms.
- Participate in technical solution design, code reviews, troubleshooting, performance optimization, and production support.
- Ensure adherence to Salesforce development best practices, coding standards,



security guidelines, and governance processes.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, architects, QA teams, and Agile delivery teams to ensure successful project execution.
- Identify and resolve technical issues, improve application performance, and support ongoing enhancements.
- Mentor junior developers and contribute to knowledge sharing and continuous improvement initiatives.

Mandatory Skills

- Hands-on experience with nCino and Salesforce platform capabilities.
- Strong development experience in Apex, including triggers, classes, and asynchronous processing.
- Experience developing user interfaces using Lightning Web Components (LWC).
- Strong understanding of Salesforce Flows and process automation.
- Good understanding of Salesforce data modeling, security, governor limits, and deployment practices.
- Experience with REST/SOAP APIs and third-party system integrations.
