Roles and Responsibilities :
- Design, develop, and execute comprehensive performance testing plans to identify bottlenecks and optimize system performance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze test results, identify root causes of issues, and implement corrective actions.
- Develop and maintain detailed reports on test findings, including recommendations for improvement.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in performance testing using tools such as Gatling, JMeter, Load Runner.
Job Requirements :
- 8-10 years of experience in IT services & consulting with expertise in performance testing.
- Solid understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) methodologies.
- Proficiency in one or more performance testing tools such as Gatling, JMeter, Load Runner.
