Responsibilities

- Prepare a FEA model using 2D shellmeshing for plastic components
- Perform the FEA simulations.
- Debug the Abaqus simulation convergence issues.
- Post processing and Results interpretation.
- Validate mechanical design and propose solutions to improve design modifications.
- Validation of simulation results by comparing with test results.
- Supporting methodology development and benchmarking simulation tools applications.
- Time planning, Tracking and updating the status to the customer.
- Document and share best practices.
- Successfully handle multiple priorities.

Qualifications





- Candidates must have around 2-3 years of significant professional experience of Plastic parts meshing using ANSA or hypermesh and FEA analysis using Abaqus/Optistruct.
- Good experience in Non-linear structural and Vibration simulations (Modal, Harmonic, PSD).
- Good theoretical knowledge on core Mechanical subjects like SOM, Dynamics and Fatigue.
- Valuable understanding of Automotive HVAC Systems and other subsystems
- Good problem solving and communication skills
- Good in written and Verbal communication.
