- Manage end-to-end recruitment activities for Corporate Functions positions.
- Source candidates through LinkedIn, Naukri, referrals, and other recruitment channels.
- Screen and assess candidate profiles against role requirements.
- Coordinate interviews and provide timely candidate updates.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring priorities.
- Manage ATS updates, candidate trackers, and recruitment documentation.
- Create recruitment reports and analytics using Excel.
- Support hiring campaigns and walk-in drives.
