Role & responsibilities
- Diagnose and repair iPhones, including hardware and software issues.
- Perform chip-level repair and motherboard diagnosis on iPhones.
- Troubleshoot issues related to displays, batteries, charging ports, cameras, speakers, microphones, and Face ID.
- Explain technical issues, repair costs, and estimated turnaround times to customers.
- Maintain repair records, spare-parts inventory, and service documentation.
- Stay updated on recent iPhone models, repair techniques, and Apple technologies.
- Support and guide junior technicians in advanced iPhone repair procedures.
