- Knowledge of Engineering Drawings, GD&T;, DFMEA, DVP&R;, APQP, PPAP, and Engineering Change Management.
- Strong project management, analytical, and problem-solving skills. • Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.

• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

- Strong customer-facing and relationship management capabilities.

• Experience working with global teams and multicultural environments. • Proficiency in CAD software and engineering tools.

- Solid leadership, mentoring, and people development skills.

• Effective cross-cultural communication and collaboration.

• Experience in prototype development, testing, validation,



and product launch activitie

Preferred Experience :

- Design and development of motorcycle suspension systems.
- OEM customer handling and new product development projects.
- Coordination with overseas design centers and global engineering teams.
- Knowledge of automotive standards and quality systems. • Experience working with Japanese organizations will be an added advantage.
