- Handle customer queries via phone calls in Telugu language.
- Provide excellent customer support by resolving issues promptly and professionally.
- Meet daily/weekly targets set by the management for call handling, sales conversion, and customer satisfaction ratings.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve common goals and objectives.
- Maintain accurate records of all interactions with customers using CRM software.
Desired Candidate Profile
- 0-1 years of experience in BPO industry or related field (freshers can apply).
- Any graduation degree proficiency in Malayalam is an added advantage.
- Excellent communication skills in English & Telugu
- Solid convincing power for outbound sales; comfortable with cold calling and telesales.
