Zonal Marketing Manager

Position Overview

- Drive growth by increasing market share across assigned zones.
- Conduct market mapping and planning based on crops and product portfolio.
- Lead brand-building and customer engagement initiatives.
- Develop and execute zonal marketing and growth strategies.
- Drive field marketing and demand generation activities.
- Analyze competition and identify market opportunities.

- Manage teams

- Directly Marketing team
- Indirectly Coordination with Sales teams
- Strengthen team capabilities through co-working and training programs.
- Plan and manage marketing budgets and activities.
- Oversee liquidation management and ensure effective stock movement.
- Implement strategies for market reach and penetration.
- Build and expand farmer base across territories.

Communication & Reporting

- Coordinate regularly with internal teams and stakeholders.
- Provide business updates, especially on liquidation status.
- Design and manage campaigns (Crop/Product/Service) with PDA & reviews.
- Share market insights, trends, and competitor updates.
- Lead New Product Introduction (NPI): from launch to distribution and liquidation with PDA & reviews.
- Conduct training programs for team members (Crop/Product/Service) using GTM approach.
- Report to Director Sales & Marketing with structured updates and analysis.

Education

- Graduate / Agriculture Graduate / Postgraduate
- MBA or equivalent management qualification preferred

Specific Business Knowledge & Skills

- Solid understanding of crops, geography,



and product markets
- Technical knowledge of crop and product portfolio
- Experience in managing both crop and product business
- Strong presentation and communication skills

Work Experience

- Minimum 15 years of experience in marketing
- Experience in supervisory role (State Marketing or equivalent)
- Proven people management experience
