As the practice expands, there is a need for a dedicated Writer to support ongoing projects and help build a consistent, high-quality body of work.

Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Writer role based in Indore. The Writer will research and develop content ideas, draft and revise articles, blogs, and other written materials, and ensure all work meets clarity, accuracy, and style standards. Day-to-day responsibilities include collaborating directly with the freelance lead writer, aligning content with project goals, meeting deadlines, and maintaining a consistent voice across assignments.

The role also involves adapting writing to different formats and audiences, performing basic fact-checking, and organizing content for smooth workflows.

- Strong writing skills with the ability to craft clear, engaging, and grammatically correct content across multiple formats.
- Research and analytical abilities to gather information, verify facts, and develop well-informed content ideas.
- Editing and proofreading skills to refine drafts, improve structure and flow, and ensure accuracy and consistency.
- Time management and organizational skills to handle multiple assignments, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
- Comfort working on-site in Indore and collaborating directly with a freelance writer on evolving projects.
- Proficiency in basic word processing tools (e.g., Google Docs, Microsoft Word) and familiarity with online publishing platforms is beneficial.
- Prior experience in content writing, blogging, or creative writing is an advantage, though motivated early-career writers are welcome.
- Ability to communicate clearly, receive feedback constructively, and adjust writing style to different topics and audiences.
