Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in Hyderabad for a Writ Petitions & Public Interest Litigation (PIL) Trainer. The Trainer will design and deliver sessions on the fundamentals and advanced aspects of writ jurisdiction, constitutional remedies, and PIL practice, using case laws and practical examples. Day-to-day responsibilities include preparing training materials, lesson plans, and practical exercises, conducting interactive classes and workshops, and mentoring learners on drafting writ petitions and PILs.

The role also involves evaluating learner performance, providing structured feedback,



and updating content to reflect recent judicial developments and procedural changes. The Trainer will collaborate with the SkillDzire team to align the curriculum with current industry expectations and ensure high-quality learning outcomes.

Qualifications

- Strong knowledge of constitutional law, writ jurisdiction, and Public Interest Litigation, with the ability to explain concepts clearly and practically.
- Hands-on experience in drafting writ petitions, PILs, and related legal documents, preferably with exposure to High Court or Supreme Court practice.
- Proven teaching, training, or mentoring skills, including lesson planning, classroom management, and learner engagement.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with strong legal research and analytical abilities.
- Comfort with using digital tools for presentations, content creation, and learner assessments.
- LL.B or higher law qualification from a recognized institution; bar enrollment and litigation experience are highly beneficial.
- Ability to work in office in Hyderabad, collaborate with a cross-functional team, and adapt content to the needs of engineering graduates.
- Commitment to ethical practice, access to justice, and using legal education as a means to drive social impact.
