Isiri Technologies INC is looking for an experienced Workday Studio professional with strong expertise in enterprise integrations, Workday web services, and data transformation. The ideal candidate should be capable of designing, developing, testing, debugging, and deploying complex integrations between Workday, Moveworks, and other enterprise platforms.

Key Responsibilities

1. Workday Studio Development

- Design, develop, test, and deploy integrations using Workday Studio.
- Handle end-to-end integration development, including complex workflows, debugging, and deployment.
- Build and maintain custom integrations based on business and technical requirements.
- Troubleshoot integration issues and ensure reliable execution.

1. API & Data Transformation

- Work with Workday Web Services, including SOAP and REST APIs.
- Use XML, XSLT, XPath, and JSON for data transformation and integration processing.
- Develop and maintain data mappings between Workday and external enterprise platforms.
- Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and secure data exchange.

1. Workday Integration Expertise

- Work with Workday HCM, Enterprise Interface Builder (EIB), Core Connectors, and Reports-as-a-Service (RaaS).
- Implement integration security, error handling, and performance optimization.
- Ensure integrations meet business requirements and enterprise standards.
- Manage integration dependencies and resolve technical challenges.

1. Troubleshooting & Production Support

- Diagnose and resolve integration errors and production issues.




- Provide technical support and troubleshoot complex integration failures.
- Monitor integration performance and implement improvements.
- Maintain technical documentation and support integration lifecycle management.

1. Technical Design & Collaboration

- Participate in technical design discussions and integration planning.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders and technical teams to understand integration requirements.
- Document integration architecture, technical specifications, and deployment procedures.
- Follow development standards and best practices throughout the integration lifecycle.

Experience & Qualifications

- 8–9 years of relevant experience in Workday Studio and integration development.
- Strong hands-on expertise in end-to-end Workday Studio development, debugging, and deployment.
- Extensive knowledge of Workday Web Services, including SOAP and REST APIs.
- Proficiency in XML, XSLT, XPath, JSON, and data transformation.
- Experience integrating Workday with Moveworks and other enterprise platforms.
- Strong understanding of Workday HCM, EIB, Core Connectors, and RaaS.
- Knowledge of integration security, error handling, and performance optimization.
- Experience in technical design, production support, troubleshooting, and documentation.
- Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
