About the RoleAdivinar Catalyst IT Solutions is looking for a motivated and result-oriented Business Development Executive to connect with potential clients, convert leads into customers, and contribute to the growth of our IT and Digital Marketing services.

Key Responsibilities

- Contact and follow up with company-provided leads to identify business opportunities.
- Introduce the company's IT and Digital Marketing services to prospective clients.
- Follow up with prospects, schedule meetings, and convert leads into clients.
- Build and maintain solid relationships with existing and potential clients.
- Generate additional leads through cold calling, LinkedIn, and email outreach when required.
- Achieve sales targets and maintain records of leads, follow-ups, and conversions.

Skills & Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Commerce, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in business development, B2B sales,



or client acquisition is preferred.
- Good communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Basic understanding of lead management, sales, and client relationship management.
- Ability to follow up consistently, build client relationships, and achieve sales targets.
- Experience in IT services or Digital Marketing sales is an added advantage.
- Experience handling international clients is an added advantage.
