Role Description As a Wedding Consultant at Vivaham 360, you will guide clients through the complete wedding planning process, from initial consultation to event day coordination. This full-time hybrid role is based in Bengaluru, with a mix of on-site client meetings, venue visits, and some work-from-home for planning, documentation, and virtual consultations. Daily responsibilities include understanding client requirements, proposing concepts and themes, preparing budgets and timelines, coordinating with vendors, and overseeing event logistics.

You will manage communication across stakeholders, resolve issues, and ensure that each event aligns with client expectations and company standards.



The role involves regular follow-ups, maintaining accurate records, and collaborating with internal teams to deliver seamless and memorable wedding experiences.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Communication and Customer Service skills to interact effectively with clients, vendors, and internal teams.
- Candidates should possess Wedding Planning and Event Planning skills to design, organize, and schedule wedding ceremonies and related functions.
- Candidates should possess Event Management skills to supervise on-site execution, coordinate logistics, and handle real-time problem-solving during events.
- Relevant experience in weddings or events, familiarity with Indian wedding traditions and customs, and the ability to work flexible hours including weekends and evenings.
- Solid organizational and time-management abilities, proficiency with basic office and collaboration tools, and capability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Diploma or degree in Event Management, Hospitality, or a related field is preferred, along with prior experience in client-facing roles.
