Job SummaryThe Wedding Planner Intern will assist the wedding planning team in coordinating various wedding functions and events, managing planning schedules, communicating with vendors, and supporting on-ground execution. This role offers practical exposure to the complete wedding planning process, from initial preparations to the successful execution of events.

Key Responsibilities1. Wedding Planning & Coordination

- Assist the wedding planning team in planning, organizing, and coordinating wedding functions and events.
- Help prepare event schedules, checklists, timelines, and planning documents.
- Support the team in managing multiple wedding-related tasks and ensuring timely completion of assigned responsibilities.
- Assist in tracking event requirements and ensuring that all necessary arrangements are in place.

2. Vendor & Client Coordination

- Coordinate with vendors, clients, and internal teams regarding event requirements.
- Assist in communicating wedding preferences, schedules, and logistical details to relevant teams.
- Follow up with vendors regarding deliverables, timelines, and event arrangements.
- Help maintain organized records of vendor details, client requirements, and event updates.

3. On-Site Event Execution

- Assist with venue visits, site inspections, event setups, and wedding-day preparations.




- Support guest coordination and help manage on-ground event requirements.
- Coordinate with the execution team to ensure smooth arrangements during wedding functions.
- Assist in resolving last-minute requirements and operational challenges under the guidance of senior team members.
- Ensure assigned tasks are completed efficiently during live events.

4. Learning & Team Support

- Learn the end-to-end wedding planning process, from preparation and coordination to execution.
- Support senior wedding planners in daily planning activities and event-related tasks.
- Demonstrate initiative, adaptability, and a willingness to learn new skills.
- Work collaboratively with team members to deliver a seamless and memorable client experience.

- Strong interest in wedding planning, event management, hospitality, or related fields.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Well-organized, proactive, and eager to learn.
- Presentable, confident, and comfortable interacting with clients and vendors.

- Willingness to travel to venues and work on weekends, holidays, and event days as required.
