Key Responsibilities

1. Website & Development

- Develop, customise and maintain WordPress websites, including themes, plugins, updates, security and backups.
- Build high-converting project landing pages to marketing and campaign requirements.
- Create and manage REST APIs in Next.js.
- Develop and maintain the Strapi CMS, including content types, roles and API integrations.

2. Integrations & Automation

- Integrate Zoho CRM and other Zoho tools through their APIs for lead capture and syncing.
- Implement Zoho AI features where needed.
- Integrate OpenAI APIs for AI-driven features such as chatbots, content tools and automation.

3. Deployment & Infrastructure

- Manage project deployments on Vercel.
- Maintain the Git workflow and GitHub repositories: version control, branching and code reviews.
- Manage GoDaddy domains, DNS, hosting and business email accounts.

4. SEO & Marketing Support

- Handle on-page SEO: meta tags, schema, site speed, Core Web Vitals, sitemaps and indexing.
- Design and develop emailers and the monthly newsletter.
- Coordinate with the marketing team on campaign pages, tracking (GA4, GTM, Meta Pixel) and website updates.





Required Skills

- Strong proficiency in Next.js, React, JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML and CSS.
- Hands-on experience with WordPress: theme customisation, plugin management, Elementor or a similar page builder, and site maintenance.
- Experience building and consuming REST APIs.
- Working knowledge of Zoho CRM APIs and OpenAI API integrations.
- Familiarity with Vercel, Git/GitHub and GoDaddy (domains, DNS, hosting, email).
- A positive understanding of on-page/technical SEO and website performance optimisation.
- Experience creating HTML emailers and newsletters.

Good to Have

- Experience with Tailwind CSS, Node.js and database basics (PostgreSQL, MongoDB or MySQL).
- Basic PHP and MySQL, for WordPress customisation.
- Knowledge of GA4, Google Tag Manager and conversion tracking.
- Prior experience in real estate or marketing-led organisations.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
