Role & responsibilities:

- Support pre-analytical error management through timely review, documentation, and coordination for RCA and CAPA closures.

- Track CC & PUP-level error trends and highlight deviations for corrective action.

- Conduct internal audits of assigned partners as per defined schedules using a predefined checklist.

- Prepare audit reports, document NC closures, conduct follow-ups, and escalate issues wherever required.

- Monitor key pre-analytical KPIs such as sample rejection, leakage, mismatch, low volume, temperature compliance, etc.

- Coordinate with interdepartmental teams to ensure compliance with sample collection, labelling, packaging, storage, and transport SOPs.

- Assist in error-based training, retraining, and refresher sessions for CC & PUP personnel.

- Identify and suggest ways to reduce errors and improve workflows related to pre-analytical processes.

- Handle onboarding of personnel at CC & PUP.

- Manage PA complaints in coordination with regional teams.

Knowdaldge and Skills:





- Understanding of pre-analytical processes: sample collection, identification, packaging, storage, and transport guidelines.

- Knowledge of CRM/LIS workflows, barcode systems, and sample life cycle management.

- Basic understanding of audit processes, documentation, RCA, and CAPA.

- Ability to analyse error logs and KPIs with basic proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, charts) or similar tools.

- Robust attention to detail and ability to identify deviations or process gaps.
- Good communication, coordination, and report documentation skills.

- Ability to work with CC & PUP teams and ensure compliance with SOPs.

- Basic understanding of NABL portal and processe

Education Qualification:

- B.Sc. in Medical Laboratory Technology (MLT) / DMLT with relevant experience in pre-analytical or laboratory operations.
