- Source and screen candidates for open positions
- Manage end-to-end recruitment activities
- Partner with hiring managers to close positions efficiently
- Coordinate candidate interviews and BGV processes
- Build talent pipelines through various sourcing channels
- Track recruitment metrics and hiring progress
