- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of 34 Accounts Receivable professionals.
- Monitor the overall AR function, including collections, customer account management, and receivables performance.
- Review team performance and ensure timely closure of outstanding receivables.
- Drive collection strategies to improve cash flow and reduce ageing.
- Review customer ageing reports and ensure appropriate follow-up by the team.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders and client representatives to resolve escalated issues.
- Ensure adherence to company policies, internal controls, and client SLAs.
- Prepare and present AR dashboards, MIS reports, and collection updates to management.
- Identify process improvement opportunities and implement best practices to enhance operational efficiency.
- Support month-end and year-end closing activities from an AR management perspective.
