CONSTRUCTION PROFESSIONALS REQUIRED

Work Location: Maldives

Industry: Reputed Resort Construction Company

Position : Site Engineer

Vacancies: 10

Monthly Salary: USD 800 to 1000

Job Responsibilities:

- Supervise daily construction activities and ensure work is carried out according to approved drawings and specifications.
- Monitor site progress, quality of work, and compliance with safety standards.
- Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, consultants, and other project team members.
- Review construction drawings and resolve site-related technical issues.
- Prepare daily progress reports and ensure project schedules are maintained.

Requirements:

- Minimum 6 years of relevant site engineering experience.
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, drawings, and site supervision.




- Resort or hotel construction experience is preferred.

SALARY AND BENEFITS

GENERAL CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS

- Minimum 6+ years of relevant qualified experience in the respective position.
- Candidates with experience in reputed resort and hospitality construction projects will be given preference.
- Strong technical knowledge and the ability to manage assigned construction responsibilities independently.
- Candidates must be prepared to work in the Maldives.
- Relevant educational qualifications and professional experience are required for the respective positions.
