Role & responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to prospective customers and generate business opportunities.
- Understand customer requirements and explain suitable personal loan, business loan, MSME loan, and working capital finance options.
- Work towards individual sales targets, lead conversion, and business growth.
- Build positive customer relationships through skilled and effective communication.
Preferred candidate profile
- Candidates with experience in loan sales, banking sales, or financial services sales are encouraged to apply.
- Freshers with excellent communication skills and a strong interest in sales may also apply.
- A positive attitude, willingness to learn, and a target-oriented mindset.
