CONSTRUCTION PROFESSIONALS REQUIRED

Monthly Salary: USD 1,800 to 2,500

Job Responsibilities:

- Plan, manage, and execute construction projects from commencement to completion.
- Oversee project schedules, budgets, quality standards, and site safety.
- Lead and coordinate engineers, supervisors, contractors, and subcontractors.
- Monitor project progress and ensure timely completion within the approved budget.
- Manage client communication, progress meetings, risk assessments, and project reporting.
- Ensure compliance with approved drawings, specifications, contractual requirements, and applicable regulations.

Requirements:

- Minimum 6 years of relevant construction project management experience, with proven project leadership capability.
- Robust knowledge of project planning, budgeting,



construction methods, and contract management.
- Previous experience in resort or hotel construction projects is preferred.
- Maldives construction experience is highly preferred.
- Excellent leadership, coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills.

GENERAL CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS

- Minimum 6+ years of relevant professional experience in the respective position.
- Candidates with experience in reputed resort and hospitality construction projects will be given preference.
- Strong technical knowledge and the ability to manage assigned construction responsibilities independently.
- Candidates must be prepared to work in the Maldives.
- Relevant educational qualifications and professional experience are required for the respective positions.
