Hiring: IT Recruiter C2H (Contract to Hire)

Location: Sector 4, Noida

Experience: 1–4 Years

Work Mode: Work from Office (WFO)

Working Days: 5 Days a Week

Shift Timing: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM

Employment Type: Contract to Hire (C2H)

We are looking for dynamic and result-oriented IT Recruiters with 1–4 years of experience in IT/Technical Recruitment. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in sourcing, screening, and closing candidates for various IT positions.

Experience in C2H (Contract to Hire) hiring is highly preferred.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage the end-to-end IT recruitment process, from sourcing to candidate joining.
- Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, job portals, employee referrals, and other channels.
- Screen and shortlist candidates based on technical skills, experience, and job requirements.
- Coordinate interviews and follow up with candidates and hiring managers.
- Maintain candidate pipelines, recruitment trackers, and daily hiring reports.
- Negotiate offers, manage candidate expectations,



and ensure successful closures and joining.
- Handle C2H hiring requirements and understand contract-to-hire recruitment processes.
- Meet recruitment targets and ensure timely closure of open positions.

Required Skills & Qualifications
- 1–4 years of experience in IT Recruitment / Technical Recruitment.
- Hands-on experience with Naukri, LinkedIn, and other sourcing platforms.
- Good understanding of IT technologies, technical roles, and recruitment processes.
- Robust candidate sourcing, screening, negotiation, and closing skills.
- C2H hiring experience will be an added advantage.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
- Willingness to work from the office in Sector 4, Noida, five days a week.
