Hiring Senior Analysts for Gallagher's Benefits Support Management team. Candidates with experience in International Voice, Customer Support, Banking Voice, Insurance Voice, or Healthcare Voice, along with strong client and stakeholder management skills, are encouraged to apply.

Roles & Responsibilities

- Act as the primary point of contact for US-based branch teams and provide end-to-end support.
- Manage policy renewals and support the complete US health insurance policy lifecycle.
- Coordinate with client managers and internal operations teams to ensure timely completion of renewals.
- Handle client and stakeholder queries, resolve issues, and minimize rework.
- Manage renewal documentation, including Census, SBC, SPD, Carrier Proposals, Enrollment Materials, Contracts, Certificates, and Policies.
- Ensure compliance with applicable US health insurance regulations, policies, and procedures.
- Identify potential risks, address issues,



and escalate complex cases when required.
- Maintain robust relationships with US onshore teams to ensure a high-quality customer experience.
- Manage multiple accounts, track deliverables, and meet deadlines and quality standards.

Candidate Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree is mandatory.
- 4–9 years of experience in the insurance domain preferred.
- Experience in International Voice, Customer Support, Banking Voice, Insurance Voice, or Healthcare Voice.
- Strong experience in handling clients, stakeholders, and escalations.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- US Health Insurance knowledge is an advantage.
- Experience with carriers such as Aetna, Blue Cross Blue Shield, and MetLife is preferred.
- Immediate joiners or candidates with up to 30 days' notice period can apply.
