Casagrand is looking for a energetic Contracts Engineer to manage tendering, billing, cost control, and contract administration for high-rise residential and township projects, ensuring commercial efficiency and project profitability .

Key Responsibilities

- Handle end-to-end contract management for civil and finishing works

- Prepare BOQs, rate analysis, and cost estimates for projects

- Manage tendering process including floating, evaluation, and finalization

- Prepare work orders and agreements for subcontractors

- Measure project progress and certify RA and final bills

- Monitor budgets and control project costs

- Manage variations, extra items, and claims

- Coordinate with site execution, procurement, and finance teams

- Maintain all contractual and billing documentation
