Role & responsibilities

Prepare detailed cost estimates, bills of quantities, and tender documents for interior fit-out projects.

Monitor and control project budgets, ensuring value for money while adhering to quality and safety standards.

Prepare and analyze costings for tenders, including performing risk, value management, and cost control.

Conduct site visits to monitor progress and ensure adherence to design specifications, budgets, and timelines.

Negotiating and closing out final accounts with contractors and clients.

Expert of market rates & rate analysis

Preparation of stage Cost plans and presenting to client.

Handling Procurement process including Negotiating with bidders. Coordinate with project managers, designers, and contractors

Experience in Cost X, Auto-CAD.

Preferred candidate profile

B.E/B.Tech/Diploma in Civil.

5 to 7 years of experience in quantity surveyor or cost management roles.

MRICS will be preferred.

Familiarity with industry standards and software like Cost X, Auto-CAD
