Position: Bakery Chef

Work Location: Male City, Maldives

Workplace: Reputed Restaurant

Monthly Salary: USD 400500

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare and produce a variety of bakery products, including breads, buns, cakes, pastries, cookies, and other baked items.
- Manage daily bakery production activities according to the restaurant's requirements.
- Follow standard recipes, portion sizes, and production schedules.
- Ensure consistent product quality, taste, texture, and presentation.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the bakery production area.
- Monitor the freshness and quality of ingredients and ensure proper storage.
- Operate bakery ovens, mixers, and other baking equipment safely and efficiently.
- Minimise food wastage and maintain effective stock usage.
- Follow food safety procedures and hygiene standards.
- Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure timely preparation and delivery of bakery products.





Candidate Requirements

- Minimum 4+ years of relevant work experience as a Bakery Chef.
- Experience in a reputed hotel or restaurant is preferred.
- Candidates with large-scale bakery production experience are highly preferred.
- Good knowledge of bakery production, preparation techniques, recipes, and quality control.
- Ability to manage daily bakery operations independently.
- Knowledge of food safety, sanitation, and hygiene standards.
- Ability to work efficiently in a professional kitchen environment.
- Immediate joiners are required.
