Position: Bakery Manager

Work Location: Male City, Maldives

Workplace: Reputed Restaurant

Monthly Salary: USD 800 To 1,000

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and supervise all daily bakery production and operational activities.
- Plan production schedules according to restaurant requirements and customer demand.
- Lead, train, and supervise bakery chefs, bakers, and other bakery staff.
- Ensure consistent quality, taste, freshness, and presentation of bakery products.
- Monitor the preparation and production of breads, cakes, pastries, cookies, and other baked items.
- Maintain inventory levels and coordinate the purchasing of ingredients and bakery supplies.
- Monitor food costs, control wastage, and improve operational efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations, sanitation procedures, and hygiene standards.
- Maintain bakery equipment and ensure proper cleaning and safe operation.
- Coordinate with restaurant management and kitchen teams to ensure smooth daily operations.




- Monitor staff performance and ensure production targets are achieved on time.

Candidate Requirements

- Minimum 6+ years of relevant experience in the bakery sector.
- Previous managerial experience in a reputed hotel or restaurant is mandatory.
- Proven ability to lead, train, and supervise bakery staff.
- Strong knowledge of bakery production techniques, recipes, and quality control.
- Valuable understanding of food safety, sanitation, and hygiene standards.
- Experience in inventory management, production planning, and cost control.
- Excellent team management, communication, and operational planning skills.
- Ability to manage daily bakery operations independently.
- Immediate joiners are preferred.
