Designation: Backend Operations / MIS Executive / Data Analyst

Key Responsibilities

- Manage day-to-day backend operations and MIS activities.
- Prepare and maintain daily sales reports, ensuring accuracy through double validation.
- Handle stock reconciliation and identify/report discrepancies.
- Maintain operational data and reports for management review.
- Support resolution and tracking of customer complaints from an operations/MIS perspective.
- Develop and maintain service and operational dashboards.
- Perform data extraction, validation, analysis, and reporting using SQL.
- Coordinate with relevant internal teams for accurate and timely reporting.

Required Skills
- Advanced Excel: Strong proficiency required.
- SQL: Required for querying and analyzing data.
- Power BI / Tableau: Experience creating and maintaining dashboards.
- MIS & Reporting: Robust understanding of daily/periodic operational reporting.
- Data Analysis: Ability to validate, reconcile, and interpret operational data.
- Communication: Average to valuable communication skills are acceptable.
