Role & responsibilities -

- UK Life and pensions experience is a must have

- Design quality, effective and compliant solutions to resolve often complex data problems

- Conduct & Fair Customer Outcome responsibilities

- Use and fair understanding for developing excel and SQL skills to aid efficient data analysis of data issues.

Preferred candidate profile

- skills in MS Word, Outlook and Excel.

- Intermediate to advanced SQL and PL/SQL skills

- Ability to gather and interpret relevant data and information.

- Ability to explain complex concepts in well structured, plain English explanations

- Candidate must have a valid voter id card or passport to apply for this process (mandatory)
