Set up and prepare CNC VTL machines for production as per job requirements.

Select and set appropriate cutting tools, tool holders, and fixtures.

Perform tool setting, workpiece setting, and tool offset adjustments.

Read and interpret engineering drawings, technical specifications, and machining instructions.

Ensure correct machining parameters, including speed, feed, and depth of cut.

Conduct first-piece inspection and ensure dimensional accuracy using measuring instruments.

Monitor machine operations and troubleshoot setting-related issues.

Ensure production targets are achieved while maintaining quality standards.

Identify and minimize tool wear, rejection, and machining cycle time.

Follow 5S, safety procedures, and standard operating procedures.

Coordinate with the Production and Quality departments to resolve machining issues.

Maintain machine tools, fixtures, and equipment in positive working condition

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
