Mandatory skills: Routing, Switching, palo alto firewalls, Network Patching, MPLS/Internet circuit, level 2 Network + Voice Engineer

Key Responsibilities:

- Configure, monitor, and troubleshoot network routing and switching.
- Manage and troubleshoot Palo Alto firewalls, including security policies and connectivity issues.
- Perform network patching, cable connectivity checks, and infrastructure maintenance.
- Support and troubleshoot MPLS and Internet circuits, coordinating with service providers to resolve connectivity issues.
- Handle Level 2 network and voice incidents, perform root cause analysis, and escalate complex issues when required.
- Maintain network documentation and follow established security and operational procedures.
