We are hiring candidates for the Inbound Voice – Banking Process. Freshers and candidates with 6 months to 1 year of experience are welcome to apply.

Responsibilities:

- Handle inbound customer calls related to banking queries.
- Resolve customer concerns and provide accurate information.
- Maintain high standards of customer service.
- Identify cross-selling opportunities where applicable.

Eligibility Criteria:

- Graduation is mandatory.
- Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
- Positive communication skills in English and Hindi.
- Knowledge of regional languages will be preferred.

Salary Details:

- Freshers: ₹16,200 CTC / ₹15,700 In-Hand
- Experienced: ₹23,000 CTC / ₹17,500 In-Hand

Additional Benefits:

- 6 days working with 1 rotational week-off.
- Two-way cab facility or ₹2,000 transport allowance.
