Outreach Activities

· Map and prepare micro plan for Outreach activities.

· Identify Cataract Patients.

· Refer patients to Vision centre by providing them’Pink Card“ and to camp by providing them“Yellow Card“.

· Responsible in organising camp and keeping track of drop out patients.

Public Relation

· Initiate promotional activities like Auto miking, Pamphlets distribution, approaching schools etc.

· Telephonic follow up with the NSD patients and also for other eye surgery.

· Develop a volunteer network for the camps, as well as public awareness.

Key Responsibilities

· Coordination with the team of Nurse, Vision Care technicians and Doctor for conducting camps

· Responsible in conducting field work and identification of Cataract patients in the community (Household survey).

· Responsible in entering patients data in SERVIS & to provide cards to the patients.

· Provide counselling to patients to encourage them to attend the camps.

· Update attendance / day to day activities in SERVIS app on a regular basis.
