Role Description The Visa Sales Associate is a full-time, on-site role based in New Delhi, responsible for guiding clients through visa requirements, application procedures, and related services. Day-to-day tasks include consulting with clients on travel plans, explaining visa options, and recommending appropriate packages and insurance products. The role involves collecting and verifying documentation, maintaining accurate records in internal systems, and coordinating with operations teams to ensure timely processing.

The Visa Sales

Associate will handle inbound and outbound inquiries, follow up with leads,



and work toward meeting sales and service targets while maintaining high standards of professionalism and compliance. The position requires consistent in-person collaboration with team members and adherence to company policies and regulatory guidelines.

Qualifications

- Client service and communication skills, including the ability to explain visa procedures clearly and handle inquiries with patience and professionalism.
- Sales and negotiation skills, with experience in converting leads, cross-selling related services, and working toward individual or team targets.
- Administrative and documentation skills, including attention to detail, data entry accuracy, and familiarity with basic office software and CRM tools.
- Problem-solving and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple client cases, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
- Strong spoken and written English; proficiency in Hindi and additional languages is an advantage.
- Previous experience in visa services, travel, immigration consulting, or customer-facing roles in related industries is preferred.
- Ability to work on-site in Current Delhi and collaborate effectively with diverse teams.
- Minimum of a high school diploma; a bachelor’s degree in business, tourism, or a related field is beneficial.
