Role Overview

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Interior Designer with a strong understanding of 3D visualisation, spatial planning, and architectural presentation.

The candidate will be responsible for creating realistic 3D renders, immersive walkthroughs, and visually compelling interior concepts that showcase Iconiq Wellness products in their best light. From integrating saunas and cold plunges into luxury residential spaces to designing dedicated wellness rooms and presenting products through engaging digital visuals, the role will bring concepts to life before they are built.

The ideal candidate should have a strong design sensibility, technical proficiency in 3D design software, and the ability to transform product specifications and customer requirements into visually striking spaces.

Key Responsibilities

1. Interior Design & Spatial Planning

- Conceptualise and design premium wellness spaces for luxury residences, villas, apartments, hospitality projects, and other relevant environments.
- Integrate Iconiq Wellness products, including saunas, steam rooms, cold plunges, red light therapy solutions, and other wellness equipment, into thoughtfully designed spaces.
- Develop space plans, furniture layouts, circulation plans, and product placement concepts based on site dimensions and customer requirements.
- Balance aesthetics, functionality, accessibility, and practical installation requirements.
- Create design concepts that complement different interior styles, from contemporary and minimalist to luxury and bespoke.

2. 3D Modelling, Rendering & Walkthroughs

- Create high-quality 3D models, photorealistic renders, and immersive walkthroughs to communicate design concepts effectively.
- Develop virtual walkthroughs that allow customers to experience proposed wellness spaces before installation.
- Produce multiple views, camera angles, lighting scenarios, and material variations to showcase design possibilities.
- Create realistic visualisations of wellness products within different residential and commercial environments.




- Develop before-and-after visuals and alternative design concepts to help customers understand the transformation of a space.
- Ensure that product dimensions, finishes, materials, proportions, and placement are represented accurately in visualisations.

3. Product Visualisation & Digital Merchandising

- Improve how Iconiq Wellness products are visually showcased across the company website, digital catalogues, brochures, and sales presentations.
- Create lifestyle scenes that demonstrate how individual products can be incorporated into premium living spaces.
- Develop room-setting concepts and product visualisations that help customers understand the product's size, appearance, and potential applications.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create visual assets for product launches, digital campaigns, social media, and website updates.
- Suggest creative ways to present products through contextual renders, interactive-style walkthroughs, and room visualisations.
- Maintain consistency in visual quality, product representation, materials, and brand aesthetics across all design outputs

4. Custom Design Solutions & Client Presentations

- Understand client briefs, site requirements, dimensions, preferences, and budget considerations.
- Translate customer requirements into customised wellness design concepts and presentations.
- Prepare mood boards, material palettes, concept layouts, 3D renders, and walkthrough presentations.
- Present design concepts to internal teams, sales representatives, architects, interior designers, and clients.
- Incorporate feedback and revise designs while maintaining design quality and technical accuracy.
- Support the sales team by creating tailored visual proposals that help customers make informed purchasing decisions.

5. Technical Drawings & Execution Support

- Prepare floor plans, elevations, sections, and detailed drawings wherever required.
- Coordinate with sales, product, technical, and installation teams to validate dimensions, site feasibility, and product integration.
- Understand electrical, ventilation, drainage, access, and other installation considerations relevant to wellness products, coordinating with qualified technical professionals as needed.
- Assist with site measurements, design validation, and installation planning when required.
- Ensure design concepts are practical to execute and aligned with actual product specifications.

6. Design Research & Innovation





- Stay updated on global interior design trends, luxury residential concepts, wellness architecture, materials, finishes, and lighting.
- Research premium wellness spaces, boutique spas, luxury villas, and hospitality projects for design inspiration.
- Experiment with current visualisation techniques and workflows to improve presentation quality and efficiency.
- Build and maintain a reusable library of 3D product models, textures, materials, lighting setups, and design assets.
- Explore opportunities to use emerging visualisation tools and AI-assisted workflows to improve design productivity.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- 3+ years of professional experience in graphic design, visual design, or a similar role.
- Strong proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator.
- Working knowledge of Adobe InDesign, Canva, Figma, or other relevant design tools.
- Experience creating social media creatives, digital advertisements, brochures, presentations, and marketing collaterals.
- Understanding of typography, colour theory, composition, layouts, and visual hierarchy.
- Ability to develop creative concepts and translate brand guidelines into engaging visual content.
- Familiarity with AI-powered creative tools and AI-assisted design workflows.
- Strong attention to detail, creative problem-solving skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects.
- Good communication skills and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- A strong portfolio demonstrating design quality, creative thinking, and versatility across formats.

The ideal candidate should be able to think of a concept, use AI and design tools to bring it to life, and build a complete visual direction for a campaign or monthly content plan.
